The Pulaski Community Fly-Fest 2008 is open to the public whether flying, driving or walking. The event is being held on the holiday of Flag Day, Saturday, June 14, 2008 to honor Veterans and anyone else who helped serve our country.  So come help us support the Carter-Pulaski Airport with a fun-filled day of activities, food, and much more! And best of all admission and parking are free.

 

SAFTEY

Please help keep everyone safe by following these guidelines:

✈       No Smoking on the airfield, in hangars or around aircraft.

✈       Please keep children off the aircraft, along with any other displays.

✈       Don’t be a litterbug!

✈       Dogs, bikes, skateboards or roller blades will not be allowed inside airport grounds.

✈       Be respectful and cooperate with Security Personal and Volunteer Staff.

 

And the most important:

✈       Always make sure to Stop, look and listen! There will be aircraft and other vehicles operating during the event.

 

 

ACTIVITIES & EVENTS

A wide variety of activities and events will be held throughout the event.

 

Visitors can look forward to:

 

Airplane Rides/ Scenic Rides

Rides will be offered throughout the entire event except at the time of a military fly-by or demonstration. More information will be posted as the event gets closer.

          Providing a Scooby Doo bouncer/slide for children.

                      $1.00/ Ticket or $5.00/ Day Wristband

          Information regarding aircraft rental and flight instruction.

        Mobile classroom preview display. Educational buss full of activities and experiments that the kids will love!

Duplicate key making right on the spot!

            Selling military patches, pins, decals and much more!

 

 Green Bay Classics and Customs

            Display of about 20 cars.

 

Green Bay SkyDivers

            Scheduled skydiving demonstrations. Will also have a skydiving plane on display and available for any questions.

 

Hooters

            Pictures can be taken with aircraft and girls at certain event times. Will also be handing out wings at a scheduled time.

 

Kalous Konfectionary

            Cotton candy and other sweets.

 

Monarch Massage & Gallery

            Will be present to give information about massages and other goodies. Also the chance to receive a massage.

SILENT AUCTION

To help raise funds for airport safety and maintenance improvements, along with future events there will be a silent auction. The auction will start at 8:00 AM and end at 3:00 PM Silent auction winners will be decided at 3:00 PM and you do not need to be present to win.
